540YA5 Degassing Valve Coffee Packing Machine
Brief Introduction:
This coffee packing machine can do valve insert and quad bag making and packing. This machine designed to produce four corner edge seal stand-up bags with one-way degassing valve for coffee products. It could spread the coffee nature odor attracting people to enjoy your products.
The whole packaging line is consist of vertical Vfs packing machine , auger screw conveyor or linear weigher machine, screw elevator, take-off conveyor. It integrates the functions of feeding, metering, bag-making, packaging, sealing, printing, punching and countering, has automatic film position control function, both the horizontal sealing and film pull mechanisms adopt servo motor for transmission so as to guarantee high efficiency of the machine. It could be ideally combined with the other machines. Such as case packing machine and multi baler machine.

1. A wide range of pouches: Pillow bag, gusset bag, quad seal bag, standup bottom bag.
2. High speed: 18~45 bags/min
3. Easy to operate: PLC controller and color touch-screen, fault indication on the touch screen.
4. Easy to adjust: only about 10 minutes to change different pouches.
5. Frequency control: speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range.

Safety and Hygiene:
No film, machine will alarm.

Hygienic construction, the product contact parts are adopted sus304 stainless steel.
